Mikel Leads 20 Super Eagles For First Training Session In Abuja

Super Eagles captain John Mikel Obi was at the forefront as the Super Eagles held their first training session on Tuesday morning ahead of the forthcoming World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.

20 players took part in the workout held at the practice pitch of the National Stadium in Abuja including Captain Mikel, Arsenal starlet Alex Iwobi and Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho.

Technical Adviser of the Super eagles lead the light work out sessions himself as the team embarked on light jog to help loosen up and gear up fitness

The Super eagles will hold a second training session on Tuesday afternoon, starting from 1615 hours.

The Super Eagles will jet out to Zambia for the match early on Saturday
