Robbers, who operate in taxis have stolen the DSS case file relating to the rights case filed by aides to Sunday Adeyemo, a.k.a Sunday Igboho.
Lawyer to the DSS, Idowu Awo made this known to Justice Obiora Egwuatu in Abuja Wednesday.

Awo said his colleague who was coming to court with the case file was robbed in a vehicle belonging to robbers, commonly known as ‘one chance.’
He said the robbed lawyer also lost personal belongings.
He asked the Court for an adjournment of the case following the development.
The DSS is still holding two out of 12 of Igboho’s aides, ordered to be released by the court, after fulfilling bail conditions.
Lawyer to the aides Pelumi Olajengbesi had threatened last Friday, to sue the DSS DG, Magaji Bichi for contempt of court and possibly commit him to prison.
