Early in May, Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner announced their intention to end their 18-year marriage.
Three months later, and after some back-and-forth, the businesswoman has accused her ex-husband of withholding evidence about their finances, with a child support hearing scheduled to take place in a few days.
Baumgartner and Costner will reportedly meet next week, and so far the actor has not disclosed details of his financial situation.
According to Page Six, lawyers defending the three-time Golden Globe winner’s interests have already admitted they will not hand over the documents, calling them “burdensome, oppressive and harassing”.

In addition, Baumgartner was forced to leave the mansion where she lived with Costner.
All this despite the fact that during the early stages of their divorce she refused to do so and wanted to drag out the process as long as possible, claiming that Costner must first comply with any court-ordered child support.
