Kourtney celebrated Penelope’s 3rd birthday by wearing matching Tinkerbell outfits with her daughter. Even though dad Scott Disick is MIA … Grandma Kris (with BF Corey Gamble) and Aunt Kim (with North) filled in for the day in the park.
