Yaya Mayweather, daughter to billionaire boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather, has opened up on her decision to find a job.
The 25-year-old revealed on her X handle, that her decision was as a result of boredom. She explained that she would like to experience how it feels like to be employed and have responsibilities.
Lately I’ve been bored so I was thinking about getting a job for fun, and maybe work like 2 or 3 days out of the week just to see what it’s like… why not?, she wrote.
Yaya’s post quickly stirred up the conversation surrounding the privileges certain children who were born into wealth get to enjoy. Nigerian expressed their thoughts on the tweet, noting that being able to make such decision not out of necessity but out of choice is a blessing.
