Nigerian socialite and entrepreneur, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has addressed his ongoing feud with Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy.

He alleged that Burna Boy publicly attacked him because of his close friendship with Davido, stating, Success attracts a lot of hate. I started from the bottom, working as an apprentice and learning valuable lessons about growth and perseverance. When you begin to succeed, you see how people’s attitudes change.
I was minding my business when Burna Boy came at me—he used his large platform to make false claims about me, things that were simply not true, all aimed at undermining my wealth. It hurt, especially because it stemmed from my relationship with Davido.”
Cubana Chief Priest went on to praise Davido for his unwavering support, describing him as more than just a friend.
Davido is always there for me. He’s launched all my nightclubs and restaurants—he never fails to show up and support me. He’s investing in clubs in Lagos, and I’m making music to prove myself. He truly believes in me, he added.
