Who Had The Best Costume? Beyoncé, Ciara & More Dress Up For One BIG Halloween Party [PHOTO]

Beyoncé was hanging out with Ciara last night as the dancer celebrated her 30th birthday.

Although it was one week early, the theme of the evening was simply Halloween, and some big stars came out to enjoy it.

While Russell Wilson and Ciara dressed up as Batwoman and Batman, Bey decided to get her own superwoman on as she dressed as X-Men’s Storm.

As for the Halloween theme, Fabolous separately was enjoying his own Halloween get up with a very good Freddy Cruger customer.
