Selena Gomez Walk Out for the First Time Since She Shared Her Kidney Transplant News

Earlier today, Selena Gomez revealed she underwent a secret kidney transplant over the summer as a result of her Lupus.

“I’m very aware some of my fans noticed I was laying low for part of the summer,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and I was recovering.” She went on to thank her doctors and her family, and especially actress Francia Raisa, who donated her kidney. “She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me,” Selena wrote. “I am incredibly blessed.”

Later in the afternoon, Selena stepped out on the set of the untitled Woody Allen film she’s starring in. Wearing an orange sweater and red mini skirt, she looked very adorable and I covet the entire ensemble. Yay to good health and awesome outfits!
