So Fulham have finally got their man, completing the permanent signing of Aleksandar Mitrovic from Newcastle.
The 23-year-old Serbia international, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Craven Cottage as Fulham secured promotion, has signed a five-year deal with the Premier League new boys.

Sky Sports News understands Fulham will cost Fulham an initial £22m, rising to £27m with performance-based incentives.
Mitrovic was Fulham’s top summer target after scoring 12 goals in 17 starts to help the club seal promotion to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs.
