The Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has tested positive for coronavirus.
This was revealed in a statement by the governor’s media aide, Mukhtar Gidado, on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
The governor who is a known contact of Mohammed Abubakar, son of former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, who recently tested positive to coronavirus, had since Sunday been in self-isolation.
Atiku’s son, Mohammed Atiku Abubakar, who on Sunday tested positive for Coronavirus, met with the governor in an Aero Contractor aircraft where they shook hands and exchanged pleasantries.
