Tensions flared in the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season 10 house on Tuesday as housemates Ivatar, Joanna, and Big Soso engaged in a heated argument during preparations for their weekly wager task.
The drama began when Ivatar confronted Victory, the head of house, complaining about Joanna’s conduct during the task rehearsal.
Ivatar accused Joanna of deliberately skipping her turn in line after the group had agreed to follow an orderly sequence.
The altercation drew the attention of other housemates, who watched as tempers flared.
The conflict escalated further when Big Soso jumped in, taking issue with Ivatar’s choice of words.
This sparked another explosive exchange, with both housemates hurling insults at each other. Mensan attempted to mediate, but the tension remained high.
The BBNaija season 10 edition kicked off with a two-day opening ceremony. The female housemates were unveiled first on July 26.
The male contestants were ushered into the show on Sunday, making it a total of 29 housemates.
This year’s winner will take home a staggering N150 million — the highest grand prize in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.
For this week, 27 housemates — except for Victory and Kayinkunmi — face possible eviction.
