Queen Mercy Atang, the reality TV star, and her husband David Oyekanmi have unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking marital crisis rumours.
The couple got engaged in February 2024 and held their traditional, court, and white wedding ceremonies in the same year.
Rumours recently surfaced on social media claiming the couple may have gone their separate ways.
Checks by Gidipoint also showed that Queen and her husband are no longer following each other on Instagram.
In addition, the former BBNaija housemate has taken down their wedding photos and videos from her page.
Queen had previously revealed that she received three signs from God before agreeing to marry David.
The reality TV star said, although she had been friends with him since 2016 when they met at a beauty pageant, “I never really thought David would be my husband”.
She said she agreed to marry David when she got her third sign.
I told God I needed three signs before going into this relationship. I saw two signs but the third one did not come and I told him I am not going into something I am not sure. He said he is very certain that I am his wife, she said.
So he told me that he wanted to go for an interview. I prayed and asked God if David was mine, this thing he is about to do let it come to pass. After few minutes he called me that he has gotten it.
