Chelsea have handed Leicester City their first Premier League title after forcing a 2-2 draw against second-placed Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham led the game through two first half goals through Harry Kane and Son but Chelsea forced their way back thanks to goals from Gary Cahill and a sublime volley from Eden Hazard.
With two games to spare, Leicester have won the league given they have a seven point lead over Tottenham.
