Deulofeu joins AC Milan on loan

After some back-and-forth over the last week about the possibilities of this deal going through, AC Milan have confirmed that they have secured the loan of Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu until the end of the season.The Spaniard joined his Premier League parent club back in 2013, signing on loan from Sevilla and then putting pen to paper on a permanent deal two years later.

Despite the Rossoneri prematurely confirming the signing last week, the overall official confirmation eventually arrived on Monday after a long wait.

The former Barcelona wide man has played 75 games for the Toffees and scored eight goals, with his next step being in Milan, where he will figure until the end of the campaign at a minimum.
