
The national U-23 men’s football team, Dream Team VI in the early hours of Friday landed in the Zambian capital of Lusaka for the crucial return leg game of the AAG.
The Nigerian delegation led by the Deputy Secretary General, technical Dr. Emmanuel Ikpeme touched down at the Kenneth Kaunda Int Airport at about 1am local time to the welcoming hands of officials of the Nigerian Embassy led by the Consular Officer, Shuaibu Ali.
The delegation were immediately driven to their Golden Peacock Hotel, Lusaka in hired buses organized by the embassy as there was no official of the Football Association of Zambia on ground to receive them team.
The team will have its first training session at about 3.30 pm local time, which is 2.30pm in Nigeria.
