Actress Miriam Margolyes has claimed that she was not fond of working along with Arnold Schwarzenegger due to an unusual incident which took place in between filming takes during the shooting of 1999 movie ‘End of Days’.
Margolyes, who played Professor Sprout in popular ‘Harry Potter’ films, has claimed that Schwarzenegger deliberately farted in her face, something for which she hasn’t forgiven the famous actor.
“He’s a bit too full of himself and I don’t care for him at all,” Margolyes told the ‘I’ve Got News For You’ podcast.
“He’s a Republican, which I don’t like. He was actually quite rude. He farted in my face. Now, I fart, of course, I do. But I don’t fart in people’s faces. He did it deliberately, right in my face.
“I was playing Satan’s sister and he was killing me, so he had me in a position where I couldn’t escape and lying on the floor. And he just farted.
“It wasn’t on film, it was in one of the pauses, but I haven’t forgiven him for it.”
Schwarzenegger was playing a former policeman, who was hunting for Satan, while Margolyes was playing one of Satan’s assistants.
The movie was directed by Peter Hyams, with actors Gabriel Byrne, Robin Tunney, Kevin Pollak and Rod Steiger also starring.
