This way Jake Paul will try to extend his undefeated boxing record against MMA fighters, having beaten Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley twice and Anderson Silva in the past.

Paul also shared an image of a tombstone with Nate Diaz name on it, saying he’ll be sending the casket to Dana White afterwards.

“August 5th we commemorate the funeral for Nathaniel Diaz as we send him in casket back to Dana. Refreshments will be provided at the service. Black Tie Attire.”

The fight will be eight rounds and it will be held at the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks.

The catchweight agreed for this bout is at 185 lbs.

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz share their thoughts
Jake Paul spoke after announcing his fight to former UFC star Nate Diaz on August 5th at Dallas, Texas.

“My last fight didn’t end the way I wanted. Now the world thinks I am vulnerable, when all I am is more focused than ever. My team wanted me to take an easy fight like KSI next, but that’s not how I am built,” Paul expressed.

While Nate Diaz said he wants to do the same thing to Jake Paul that he did to Conor McGregor a few years ago.

“Besides Canelo he’s the biggest thing in boxing. I’m here to conquer that. I’m the king of combat sports and then I’m headed back to get my UFC belts. I f***ed up Conor McGregor for acting out and now here I am again, like a superhero,” Diaz expressed.
