Famous actor Johnny Depp can’t stay out of the headlines recently, and if it’s not because of his dispute with ex-wife Amber Heard or for performing in Europe, it’s for something else.
This week, Depp is making headlines again because of his charitable acts, having made a huge donation to an Australian hospital.

The sum of 800,000 dollars, which Depp apparently raised through the sale of NFTs, was donated between Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation , the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, The Footprint Coalition and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
One of the recipients – the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles – is the same hospital that Amber Heard had promised to pledge her 7m dollar divorce settlement to.
“We are pleased to be able to confirm that nearly 800,000 dollars in total donations,” Never Fear Truth told Radar Online.
Depp’s recent legal battle with ex-wife Heard became something of a soap opera, particularly online, before the former eventually won the defamation case.
It is thought that more spats between the pair could arise in the future.
