A Lagos High Court vacation Judge, Justice Obafemi Adamson, Tuesday discharge and acquitted the Lagos State Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Moshood Salvador of murder allegation brought against him by the police.
The judge also freed 10 other persons charged along with him over the murder of an All Progressive Congress(APC) and party chairman in Apapa Local Government Area of the state, Adeniyi Aborishade.
The judge freed the defendants following a Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP advice which exonerated them of the allegation of murder by the police.
Those freed along with Salvador include Kehinde Fasasi, Rotimi Kujore, Fatai Adele, Ismaila Abiola, Amos Fawole, Victoria Falowo, Mukaila Odukoya, Oropo Isaac, Mohammed Babangida and Ugochukwu Nwoke.
