Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi has reacted to the team’s 2-0 loss to Serbia in a international friendly yesterday.
Mikel backed the team to bounce back from Tuesday’s 2-0 loss to Serbia and hopes to take part in the side’s remaining tune-up games ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia
The former Chelsea star missed the game and the previous friendly against Poland due to work permit issue in his base in China.
He tweeted, “You don’t lose, you learn. Looking forward to being back on the pitch for our remaining preparation games #SoarSuperEagles.”
Gernot Rohr’s men still have three more friendlies left before they proceed to Russia 2018.
Their last tune-up game is against Czech Republic on June 6th in Austria.
