Following reports on gossip sites, Ne-Yo is shooting down rumors that he’s a closeted homosexual.
The singer addressed the ongoing chatter via Twitter. “U should all know by now not to believe everything you read. Much luv to #CaitlynJenner but I’m not on that team. Not gay folks. So sorry,” he tweeted, referring to Bruce Jenner re-introducing himself to the world as Caitlyn,
To make sure his post wasn’t misconstrued, he clarified: “No disrespect to the gay community or to #CaitlynJenner by the way. Live your life and be proud. I’m just not gay. We’re still on this? #sad.”
When one fan questioned old pictures, the singer shot back: “@sheabuttaqueen you want answers? Bad pics taken because I listened to photographers I shouldn’t have. Soooo bad pictures make me gay?”
Meanwhile, the singer recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with his model girlfriend, Crystal Renay.
