Ibadan’s Manhattan Hall turned into a blend of glamour and tradition on Sunday as Nigerian rapper Oladipo Emmanuel, famously known as Chinko Ekun, tied the knot with his longtime partner, Ayemidun.
The day began with a vibrant traditional engagement in Eleyele, where Chinko stepped out in a regal black-and-gold agbada, commanding the room like a true Yoruba groom. His bride, equally resplendent, matched the elegance of the moment with grace and poise.
The celebration then shifted into a white wedding affair. Chinko traded his cultural regalia for a cream blazer and sharp black trousers, while Ayemidun floated into the hall in a dazzling white gown that drew every eye.
Guests were treated to a feast of music, food, and spirited dance moves from the couple — a performance that had phones flashing and cheers echoing across the hall.
Beaming with joy, the rapper summed up the day in one heartfelt line: “Today is the happiest day of my life because I married the love of my life. And God took all the glory.
