Arsenal star Riccardo Calafiori has been unveiled as adidas’ first-ever underwear ambassador, fronting the launch of their new Active Flex Collection.
At just 22 years old, the Italian defender is leading the brand’s fresh move into performance-focused underwear, blending the worlds of fashion, sport, and everyday lifestyle.
To kick off the campaign, adidas released a series of visuals showing Calafiori in everyday moments relaxing in the changing room post-match and doing laundry at a local laundrette highlighting both comfort and style.
The Active Flex Collection is designed with athletes in mind, featuring soft, stretchable cotton with moisture-wicking properties to keep wearers dry and comfortable. Notable features include 4-way stretch fabric for complete flexibility, chafe-resistant seams, and a contoured pouch for all-day support.
Meanwhile, Calafiori is racing against time to be fit for Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg against Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
