Former aviation minister, Senator Stella Oduah was charged on Monday at the Federal High Court, Abuja with fraud and alleged financial impropriety.
However, the arraignment of the former minister was stalled as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has failed to serve the charge on the fifth and sixth defendants.

EFCC counsel, Dr. Hassan Liman, SAN, then prayed for leave of court to serve the defendants, which are corporate bodies, at their addresses.
The EFCC accuses Stella of misappropriating funds while she was serving as a minister.
In a 25-count charge slammed against the ex-minister and eight others, they were all accused of fraud and diversion of funds through the operation of anonymous bank accounts.
Presiding Justice Inyang Ekwo adjourned the matter till 19 April 2021, for arraignment.
