Anthony Ebuka Victor, the Nigerian singer better known as Victony, has opened up about his decision to work towards living a healthier life.

But in a post via X on Thursday, the 24-year-old celebrated a personal milestone, announcing 3 months sober, Glory.
In another post, Victony reflected on his past, adding that the troubles he went through while growing up didn’t allow him to enjoy his youth the way he ought to.
My troubles stole my youth, the post reads.
He had also described his accident as a blessing in disguise.
The accident was definitely a blessing in disguise because it’s teaching me a lot, I’m still learning from that experience, he said.
You know, it kind of like just slowed me down and just made me understand that certain things were really important in life.

Victony rose to fame a few years ago after collaborating with Mayorkun for Holy Father.
He is signed to Mainland Block Party, a record label owned by the Nigerian music executive Tobi Mohammed.
