Luis Enrique Warns PSG Players: “Arsenal Have Nothing to Lose” Ahead of UCL Semi-Final Second Leg

Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique has urged his players to remain focused ahead of the Champions League semi-final second leg against Arsenal, warning that the Gunners will be dangerous after falling behind in the tie.

Speaking after PSG’s 1-0 win at the Emirates, courtesy of an early Ousmane Dembélé strike, Enrique said he was satisfied with the result but expects Mikel Arteta’s side to fight back fiercely in Paris.

“They have nothing to lose. They’re behind in the tie,” Enrique told reporters. “This could’ve ended in a draw or even 2-0. One goal and they’re back level. We can’t afford to relax.”

Despite early PSG dominance, Arsenal created several chances and even had a second-half goal ruled out for offside. It took big saves from Gianluigi Donnarumma and a strong defensive display for PSG to preserve their lead.

PSG and Arsenal both seek a maiden Champions League title, and with a potential final against Barcelona or Inter, the stakes couldn’t be higher. Enrique’s message was clear: the job is far from over.
