Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has announced a renewed commitment to her acting career, acknowledging that past controversies have at times overshadowed her talent.
Addressing public perceptions of her personality on Instagram, Blessing admitted she understands why some people hold certain opinions about her.
She further revealed plans to step back from public drama and concentrate on honing her craft.
I know many of you see me a certain way. I take responsibility—it’s my fault for letting controversy overshadow my talent. That’s why I’ve decided to slow down on unnecessary drama. But moving forward, to those who called me a failed actress on this app, you’ll have to take back your words. The lineup of movies I have coming up, both on YouTube and in cinemas—let me not say too much,” she wrote.
