Nollywood actor Ricardo Agbor has survived a serious car accident in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The incident, which Agbor also known as Rykardo Agbor shared in a video posted to his Instagram page on Saturday, showed his silver Lexus SUV with significant front-end damage, including a crushed bonnet, smashed grille, exposed engine parts, and a damaged front-left tyre.
In the video, Agbor identified the crash site as the area in front of the Cornerstone City billboard in Ibadan.
Visibly shaken, he repeatedly thanked God for his survival, saying, “Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ.” He also added, “This is what just happened to me now. Oh God.
Accompanying the video, Agbor wrote, As I was saying… Thank God Almighty I made it out of this. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ.” However, he did not reveal the cause of the crash or specify if he sustained any injuries.
Ricardo Agbor was born on February 4, 1973, in Lagos State, but hails from Delta State. He studied Mass Communication at the University of Ibadan and began his acting career in 1992 after a stint as a model. Agbor gained fame for his role in Visa to Hell and has since featured in numerous Nollywood productions in both English and Yoruba, with a career spanning over three decades.
