The ongoing rift between Nollywood stars Laide Bakare and Eniola Badmus has escalated, following Bakare’s outright rejection of Badmus’ recent public apology.
Earlier this week, Eniola Badmus extended an olive branch to Bakare, seeking reconciliation after facing criticism for her reaction when Bakare’s name was mentioned during an interview with Isbae U.
Despite the apology, Laide Bakare dismissed it as insincere, labeling it a “fake apology” in a post on Instagram.
