Javier Hernandez has completed a move to Real Madrid after passing his medical in the Spanish capital.

The Mexico international was spotted in Madrid on Monday morning, and joins Los Blancos on a year-long loan deal with a reported option to buy for £14.25 million (€18m) at the end of the season. Carlo Ancelotti’s men had long been linked with a switch for Radamel Falcao as competition to Karim Benzema, but with Falcao moving to Manchester United they have gone for the Mexican star instead.
