Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has agreed to appear on the YouTube show “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” hosted by Nigerian content creator Bae U Barbie (Adebayo Ridwan).
Bae U extended the invitation while discussing how Dangote’s previous interviews have mostly appeared on platforms less frequented by younger Nigerians, despite their keen interest in his business ventures.
Emphasizing the need for Dangote to connect with the next generation of entrepreneurs, Bae U requested a one-on-one interview to bridge this gap.
In response, Dangote acknowledged the importance of engaging with young Nigerians, describing them as the future of both the country and the continent.
He remarked, “Honestly, the future that we have is actually you, the youth. We, our own generation, really, we have not really done very well for Nigeria and also for Africa.
That’s the truth. So really, you are right. Going forward, this sort of audience is the audience that we, somebody like me, should actually face. We will come.”
