Cassie Gains Backing from Escort’s Former Partner in Federal Lawsuit

American singer Cassie Ventura is reportedly receiving support from the ex-girlfriend of a male escort as she defends herself against a federal lawsuit.

The lawsuit has been filed by Clayton Howard, a male escort, against Cassie and Sean “Diddy” Combs. In court documents, Howard claims he was hired to engage in sexual activities with Cassie during events previously mentioned in the media as freak-offs.

Howard alleges that this led to him contracting an STD and that the situation has resulted in a pregnancy, which he asserts ended in abortion. He also claims to have experienced sexual abuse that caused him mental distress.

According to TMZ, Francyna Owens, Howard’s former girlfriend, reached out to Cassie’s legal team upon learning about the lawsuit. She reportedly informed them that Howard has a history of filing lawsuits and described his actions as part of a pattern and practice of pursuing abusive and frivolous litigation.

Cassie’s lawyers have included this information in a motion to dismiss the case. Their filing emphasizes that Howard is no stranger to the legal system and often uses it as a means to settle personal grievances, citing his history of legal disputes with other individuals and organizations.

Previously, Cassie settled a separate lawsuit against Diddy in 2023 for $20 million related to allegations of sexual misconduct against the music mogul. Following this, she has moved outside the United States.

It’s important to note that the claims in Howard’s lawsuit are unverified, and no court has determined their truth. Both Diddy and Cassie have denied any wrongdoing related to this matter.
