Gunmen suspected to be members of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are currently attacking the Orji Divisional Police Station in Imo State.
It was gathered that the armed men stormed the station some minutes after 12pm on Tuesday.
Details of the attack are still sketchy but residents said there is heavy shooting in the area.
It was learnt that the gunmen adorned in black and red beret are also shooting sporadically in the air ,scaring residents of the area.
As at the time of this report, the gunmen were said to be having fun wielding their gun unchallenged while the residents scamper for safety. Details later.
