Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, the Senior Pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre, KICC, said he advised thethe Ikoyi collapsed building developer, Femi Osibona, to invest in Nigeria.

Asimolowo said this in a video clip that has gone viral on Internet since the collapse of the 21-storey building on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, on 1 November.

Ashimolowo said Osibona had built over 100 houses in Uk, made another investment in South Africa. “When he called and asked me where he should invest next, I said I am not your financial advisor. He insisted that I should pray for him. I was in Ghana preaching. He flew down to Ghana and I prayed for him. He is doing well.”
