Nigerian singer Mayorkun has revealed that he’s officially taken and could be walking down the aisle soon. The “Cheche” crooner dropped the hint during an exclusive interview on Arise TV, where he confirmed he’s no longer single.
“I am off the market. There is no chance for any other girl,” Mayorkun declared. “I’m not going to mention my partner’s name or give any details about her now. My fingers are crossed on that. But eventually, everyone will know her.”
Though the singer didn’t reveal his mystery lover’s identity, fans have already started speculating.
This revelation comes months after a viral video reignited dating rumors between Mayorkun and BBNaija star Dorathy Bachor. In the clip, captured at Dorathy’s birthday party, the two were seen cozying up, with Mayorkun’s arm resting intimately on her chest as they danced together. Despite the buzz, neither party ever confirmed or denied the relationship.
Now, with Mayorkun hinting at marriage, fans are eager to see if Dorathy is indeed the woman behind the scenes or if the singer is keeping an entirely different love story under wraps.
