Kim Kardashian Looks Strained In Her Black Dress And Flats In St. Barts

It’s nice to see Kim admit she needs to put away the heels for now. Kim Kardashian looked strained and uncomfortable rubbing her aching back and neck at St Barts as she moved around the Caribbean island on Monday with her sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall filming their reality show. They were also seen shopping at TourBillon Boutique.
