Congratulations are in order for Macklemore. The “Thrift Shop” rapper and his fiancée Tricia Davis have reportedly welcomed their first child.
But the Grammy winner didn’t announce the news himself. Instead, Macklemore’s young neighbor Cooper Clark posted a photo of the new dad on Instagram with a newborn baby strapped to his chest and captioned it: “Look who we just met! Congrats on your new baby!!!!”
Macklemore and Davis, who have been together for more than eight years, have yet to make an official announcement.
However, Cooper left a comment on Instagram saying that they welcomed a baby girl.
The couple announced that they were expecting their first child in an emotional video in January and revealed that the baby was due in May.
