Sunday Oliseh’s men will take on the Indomitable Lions for the first time since February 2004 in October, and will also face Congo three days earlier in Brussels. Nigeria will take on Cameroon in a friendly in Brussels, Belgium on October 11.
This was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation via their Twitter handle.
The Super Eagles last faced the Indomitable Lions in February 2004, when Austine Okocha’s free kick sent them out of the quarter final of the Africa Cup of Nations in Tunisia.
Congo will provide the competition for Sunday Oliseh’s men at the same venue three days earlier , as Nigeria look to get a formidable team for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations and World Cup qualifiers.
