Nollywood actor and producer Segun Ogungbe has reportedly reconciled with his estranged wife, actress Wunmi Ajiboye, nearly three years after their widely publicized breakup.
The couple’s separation became public in 2023 when Wunmi faced criticism for acknowledging MC Oluomo but ignoring Ogungbe during her mother’s burial ceremony. This incident fueled speculation about their split, with rumors circulating about an alleged affair between Wunmi and MC Oluomo—allegations Wunmi denied.
Amid the controversy, Wunmi urged the public to stop criticizing her, clarifying that although she and Ogungbe have two sons together, he never paid her bride price. We were never married. He doesn’t know my people. We only have kids together, she stated at the time.
In a recent turn of events, however, Segun Ogungbe and Wunmi Ajiboye were seen together at the premiere of Ogungbe’s new movie, Irete, on Sunday, sparking reports that the two have reconciled.
