Popular Nigerian actress Priscilla Ojo has addressed public concerns surrounding the age difference between herself and her Tanzanian singer husband, Juma Jux, stating that it has never been an issue in their relationship.
Priscilla made this known during a recent chat with Pulse Nigeria, after social media users repeatedly questioned their ages.
According to the actress, she is 24 years old while Juma Jux is 35, but she insisted that she does not judge relationships based on age.
She explained that what truly matters to her is the connection between two people and how they treat each other, not the numbers attached to their ages.
Priscilla disclosed that she was unaware of Jux’s age when they first met, noting that he appeared youthful, stylish, and carried himself in a way that did not reflect his actual age.
She said spending time together helped her focus more on their bond rather than any age difference.
The actress also revealed that both of them do not behave strictly according to their ages, describing herself as more mature than people expect, while Jux is playful and easygoing.
According to her, they enjoy having fun together, including making TikTok videos and spending time as close friends.
Priscilla stressed that despite frequent online discussions about their age gap, it has never posed a problem for her.
This age thing, to be honest, I feel like age is just a number. As long as it’s not crazy. It starts from the heart, she said.
