Rangers Stages Greatest Football Comeback, Wins Aiteo Cup

The flying antelopes of Enugu, Enugu Rangers today pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in Nigeria’s football history.

The Stephen Keshi’s stadium, Asaba was the host for the Aiteo cup final as both Enugu Rangers and Kano Pillars battled it out.

The first half saw Rangers fell to a 3-0 deficit and things looked to have been settled already.

But just like the miracle of İstanbul, Rangers levelled things with the added minutes left to play, and held on for penalties.

They defeated Kano Pillars on penalty by 4-2.
