Arteta opted for an unchanged lineup following their commanding 3-0 win over Coventry in the season opener, and Saka once again proved pivotal in attack. England centre-back Ezri Konsa, who recently joined Arsenal from Villa in a £51 million transfer, made his debut against his former club late in the match, further highlighting the depth of Arteta’s squad.
Arsenal’s next challenge comes on Sunday against Chelsea, another team with a flawless record so far, in what promises to be an early test of their title credentials.
