The Senate on Thursday received a list f 46 non career ambassadorial nominees sent to it by President Muhammadu Buhari, for confirmation.
Names on the list was read on the floor of the senate by the Senate President Bukola Saraki during plenary.
They include Senator Olorunnimbe Mamora, a former senator from Lagos; former Deputy Governor of Niger State, Ahmed Ibeto; Usman Bugaje (Katsina), a former member of the House of Representatives; Justice George Oguntade, a retired Supreme Court justice and former Deputy Governor of Plateau State, Mrs. Paulen Tallen (Plateau).
