Family comes first. In the midst of their public scandal, Beyoncé is showing support for her sister Solange. Bey posted four throwback photos of her and her little sis on Instagram, days after a surveillance video surfaced of Solange physically attacking Jay Z. The Knowles sisters look perfectly happy as they cozy up in the various snapshots taken throughout the years.
It was rumored that Solange removed photos of her and Bey from Instagram, but BuzzFeed says that is not true. There are still photos of the sisters on Solange’s Saint Records account. Only one of them with Lupita Nyong’o at the Met Gala was removed, but it’s unclear when.
TMZ reported that Jay Z and Solange were spotted at a jewelry store in New York on Tuesday, but Solange’s rep says she was not in NYC.
Neither Solange, Bey, nor Jay Z has spoken out since the drama unfolded, but the Carters did appear at the Nets game on Monday after the story broke.
