At least five Chile players reportedly invited several women to join them at the Gran Hotel Odara where the squad is staying during the Copa America, which is taking place in Brazil.
Following the incident, the team’s technical director Martin Lasarte is expected to hand out serious punishments, with the players involved in the incident possibly being sent back to Chile.

Although there is no official confirmation about the incident, Jean Meneses, Arturo Vidal, Gary Medel, Pablo Galdames, Pablo Aranguiz and Eduardo Vargas are players who allegedly participated in the party.
Just a few days ago and prior to Chile’s duel against Bolivia, both Medel and Vidal were handed a 30,000 fine each by Conmebol for inviting a hairdresser to cut their hair at the hotel.
