Nigerian socialite Sophia Egbueje has taken delivery of a Lamborghini amid her ongoing sex-for-Lambo controversy with Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy.
Sophia, who recently accused Burna Boy of reneging on his promise to buy her the luxury car, shared a video on Instagram of the Lamborghini arriving at her home. She insisted that she bought it herself, captioning the video: “My baby is here. As dem no buy am, I buy am” with an angry emoji.
In the clip, a truck delivered the car to her residence as she excitedly filmed the unveiling and hugged a man assisting with the process.
The socialite also shared a cryptic message on her Instagram story, posting: “It’s not that I think I’m bigger than the program… it’s the fact that I am the program.”
Burna Boy, on the other hand, responded with a sarcastic freestyle, mocking the situation. In a viral video, he sang: “I do buy Lambo, is that why you are shouting?” seemingly brushing off the controversy.
