Tom Cruise’s latest movie Top Gun: Maverick has surpassed the $1.3 billion dollars in earnings and is currently inside the Top-15 all time gross list.
Cruise has several projects now on deck, but three are alongside producer Christopher McQuarrie, with Mission: Impossible 8 as the one that’s more advanced till this point.
It’s also reported that the pair is working on an original song and dance musical for Cruise, plus an original action movie, but he appears to be fixated with a character he played several years ago, none other than Les Grossman from Tropic Thunder.

Who’s Les Grossman
Les Grossman is described as a dance-happy studio executive, and even though he had a very brief role in Ben Stiller’s comedy and Hollywood parody movie Tropic Thunder.
Fans saw Tom Cruise perform a role in which he seemed to not take himself as seriously as people thought, and his continuos insistence to put the Les Grossman’s prosthetics back on in the past few years indicate that Cruise also enjoyed taking on the role.
Tom Cruise wants to film a movie in space
Cruise wants to shoot a movie in space alongside director Doug Liman, with McQuarrie as a producer, with NASA and SpaceX’s help.
They appear to be aligning with SEE-1’s Elena and Dmity Lesnevsky, who just launched Space Entertainment Enterprise, which will dock in the first commercial space station: Axiom Station.
