Nigerian music star Ayra Starr has teased an upcoming collaboration with Grammy winners Tems and Tyla, confirming that the trio will be working together soon.
Speaking on the red carpet at the recently held MOBO Awards 2025 in Newcastle, Ayra Starr responded to speculation about a possible link-up, referring to Tems and Tyla as “the girls” and assuring fans that something special is in the works.

The night was even more special for Ayra Starr as she made history by becoming the first Nigerian female artist to win Best International Act at the MOBOs—an award previously won by Burna Boy and Wizkid.
She edged out Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, and Glorilla, among other global superstars, to claim the prestigious prize. She also took home the award for Best African Act, further cementing her status as one of the most prominent African artists on the global stage.
