Chinwo’s legal team demanded a public apology and the removal of all defamatory posts from Nnadi’s social media platforms as part of the settlement terms.
In a recent statement shared via Instagram, Nnadi announced her decision to withdraw the accusations.
She also expressed hope for a smooth resolution between Chinwo and EeZee Tee, adding that their dispute is now being handled by respected religious leaders.
On the advice of my lawyer, and for the sake of peace and the love of God, I retract my earlier post about Minister Mercy Chinwo, she wrote.
I also pray Almighty God to perfect the ongoing settlement process being facilitated by the Fathers of Faith between her and EeZee Conceptz.
The business coach also agreed to cease all negative commentary against Chinwo and her legal representatives.
Eezee Tee has been in legal trouble since Chinwo accused him of contract fraud.
The gospel singer claimed Ezee Tee secretly replaced an original contract she signed in 2017 with a different one without her consent.
She also claimed the label exploited her, alleging that Onyedikachukwu diverted approximately $345,000 from her digital platforms and events without disclosing the transactions and remitting her share.
