Alex Iwobi shines again as Adams, Sadiq continue drought

Alex Iwobi delivered another influential Premier League performance, helping Fulham edge Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at Craven Cottage. His impact was decisive: Iwobi scored Fulham’s second before halftime, finishing neatly off the far post after linking up with Harry Wilson. That strike, Iwobi’s fourth league goal this season, extended Tottenham’s run of conceding at least twice in eight straight matches, and brought his total goal involvements to seven (four goals, three assists).

The Nigerian midfielder also created a match-high four chances, underscoring his growing creative influence at Fulham. His consistency is on the rise, having now scored in consecutive matches after a goal and assist in the previous 3-1 win over Sunderland—his most productive spell of the campaign to date.

Fulham took an early lead through Wilson’s volley, and Iwobi’s composed finish gave the hosts control. Although substitute Richarlison pulled one back for Tottenham, Fulham’s back line held firm.
